Join a free live presentation + Q&A for parents of climbers ages 8 to 18. We’ll discuss why attention is the foundation of mental performance, how attention can be strengthened directly and through mental skills development, how both support performance and long-term participation in the sport, the relationship between physical and psychological load, and practical ways parents can shape the climbing environment to support their child’s development. There will also be plenty of time for your questions.

The session will be led by Taylor Reed, Director of The Beta Angel Project. Taylor has coached for over 20 years, serves as Vice President of the International Rock Climbing Research Association, and has coached athletes at both the national and international level.

Date: August 12 (Wednesday)
Time: 7:00 PM Eastern
